the international standard ISO 9001:2000. It covers quality-related
activities of all the related departments of the organization.

that meets customer and applicable regulatory (if any) requirements.
In addition to this, it also aims to enhance customer satisfaction
through the effective application of the system, including processes
for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of
