GMA Al Salmeen QCS promotes the adoption of a process approach to develop, implement, and improve the effectiveness of quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirement. The Company has identified various linked activities using resources and managing the effective transformation of inputs into outputs.

Quality Management

GMA Al Salmeen QCS has developed and implemented a Quality Management System to better satisfy the needs of its customers and to improve the quality management of the company. The quality management system complies with the international standard ISO 9001:2000. It covers quality-related activities of all the related departments of the organization.

It demonstrates the company's ability to consistently provide service that meets customer and applicable regulatory (if any) requirements. In addition to this, it also aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
